Sacred Terms & Agreements for the Awakening Mastermind

Welcome to The Awakening Mastermind. By choosing to step into this six-month journey, you are entering a container of growth, reflection, and self-discovery held consciously. These Terms exist not to restrict you, but to protect the integrity, safety, and intention of the space for you, for the facilitators, and for every woman who enters alongside you.
By enrolling, you agree to the following.

1. The Nature of This Journey

The Awakening Mastermind is a six-month group experience for spiritually curious women and business owners, blending grounded personal development with spiritual and reflective tools. The work may include mindset exploration, emotional awareness, astrology, energetics, Human Design, ritual, identity work, and conscious self-inquiry.
This is a space for remembering, not fixing. For awareness, not perfection. For embodied choice, not bypassing.

2. A Gentle but Important Disclaimer

This Programme is not therapy, counselling, medical care, or psychological treatment.
While one of the facilitators may hold professional therapeutic qualifications, participation in this Programme does not create a therapist-client relationship. Nothing shared within the container should be understood as medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

You are lovingly encouraged to seek appropriate professional support if and when needed.

3. Personal Responsibility & Readiness

By entering The Awakening Mastermind, you affirm that:
 

• You are 18 years of age or older

• You feel emotionally resourced enough to engage in introspective and reflective work

• You take full responsibility for your choices, actions, interpretations, and integration
   

Every woman’s journey is unique. While transformation is deeply possible, no specific outcomes can be promised or guaranteed.

4. What the Programme Holds

Your enrolment may include, as outlined at the time of purchase:
 

• Group calls and live sessions

• 1:1 mentoring elements within group spaces (e.g. hot seats)

• Masterclasses and guest teachings

• Rituals, energetic practices, and reflective exercises

• Digital workbooks and resources

• A private community space (e.g. WhatsApp)

• An in-person retreat day (where specified)

Access is offered for the duration of the Programme unless otherwise stated.

5. Energetic Exchange & Payment Commitment

By enrolling, you agree to the full financial investment outlined at checkout, whether paid in full or via a payment plan.
Choosing a payment plan is a commitment to complete all payments, regardless of attendance, participation, or personal circumstances.

If payments are missed or stopped, access to the Programme and its spaces may be paused or removed until resolved.

6. Refunds, Withdrawals & Boundaries

Due to the intimate, energetically held nature of this work:

✨ No refunds, exchanges, or credits are offered once the Programme has begun.

If you choose to step away before the completion of the Programme:
 

• You remain responsible for the full financial commitment

• Access to Programme materials, calls, and community spaces may be revoked

This boundary exists to honour the depth, safety, and integrity of the container for all.

7. In-Person Retreat Day

Where an in-person retreat is included:
 

• Attendance is optional and undertaken at your own discretion

• Travel, accommodation, and additional expenses are your responsibility unless stated otherwise

• You agree to care for your own physical and emotional wellbeing during the event

No refunds are provided for non-attendance.

8. Confidentiality & Sacred Space

This is a confidential and non-competitive container.

By participating, you agree to:
 

• Honour the privacy of all women in the space

• Not share, record, screenshot, or repeat personal stories shared within the group

• Engage with compassion, respect, and personal accountability

Any breach of confidentiality or conduct that disrupts the safety of the space may result in removal from the Programme, without refund.

9. Creative & Intellectual Property

All teachings, materials, recordings, frameworks, and resources shared within The Awakening Mastermind are the intellectual property of the facilitators.

They are offered for your personal use and integration only and may not be copied, shared, taught, or used for commercial purposes.

10. Photos & Content on Retreat Day
 

• All brand photos taken by Jodie will be delivered digitally within 3–4 weeks after the Retreat.

• The Attendee may use all images for personal business use. Credits to the photographer (@withjodiecooling) are appreciated when used publicly.

• The Host and collaborators may take behind-the-scenes content during the day. By attending, you consent to being photographed and filmed unless you opt out in advance in writing.

11. Spiritual Tools & Free Will

Spiritual modalities such as astrology, Human Design, manifestation, ritual, tarot archetypes, and energetic practices are offered as reflective tools, not predictions or directives.

You always remain sovereign in your choices. Nothing shared within the Programme removes your agency, intuition, or responsibility.

12. Our Right to Hold the Container

The facilitators reserve the right to:
 

• Evolve or adjust Programme content, structure, or delivery where necessary

• Change session dates, formats, or guest contributors if required

• Gently but firmly remove any participant whose behaviour compromises the safety or integrity of the space

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the facilitators are not responsible for:
 

• Personal, emotional, physical, financial, or business outcomes

• Decisions or life changes made during or after participation

• Any loss or damage arising from your engagement with the Programme

Participation is voluntary and entered into with full personal responsibility.

14. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. 

15. Final Agreement

By enrolling in The Awakening Mastermind, you acknowledge that you:
 

• Have read and understood this Sacred Agreement

• Enter the space with informed consent and personal responsibility

• Agree to honour both the practical and energetic boundaries held within the container
   

We welcome you with open hearts. Both are necessary for true transformation.

By signing this document or enrolling in The Awakening Mastermind, you consciously agree to the Terms & Agreements and enter this journey with informed consent and personal responsibility.
