Terms & Conditions: The High Vibe Content & Brand Photography Day Retreat

This document outlines the terms and conditions for attendees of The High Vibe JOY Retreat hosted by Daniela Devren and Sophie Newman in collaboration with Jodie (Storytelling Brand Photographer) agree to the following terms:
 

1. OVERVIEW

The Retreat is a one-day immersive experience combining business strategy, creative empowerment, and soulful alignment in a luxury setting. It is designed for women in business looking to nurture, connect, activate and explore.

 

2. PAYMENT & PRICING

  • The full investment for the Retreat Day is £449.00.

  • Payment plans and discounts may be offered at the Host's discretion.

 

3. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

  • Cancellations made more than 21 days before the event may receive a partial refund at the discretion of the Host.

  • Cancellations made less than 21 days before the event are non-refundable, except in the case of exceptional circumstances (proof may be required).

  • If the Retreat is cancelled by the Host due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a rescheduled date.

 

4. PHOTOS & CONTENT

  • All brand photos taken by Jodie will be delivered digitally within 3–4 weeks after the Retreat.

  • The Attendee may use all images for personal business use. Credits to the photographer (@jodiecooling_brandphotography) are appreciated when used publicly.

  • The Host and collaborators may take behind-the-scenes content during the day. By attending, you consent to being photographed and filmed unless you opt out in advance in writing.

 

5. CONDUCT & PARTICIPATION

  • The Retreat is an inclusive, supportive environment. Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and kindly towards all facilitators and guests.

  • The Host reserves the right to remove any Attendee whose conduct disrupts the space or negatively impacts others.

  • This retreat is designed for businesswomen ready to grow — please come open, engaged, and prepared to contribute positively.

 

6. RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY

  • All activities are offered in good faith. Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

  • The Host is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the Retreat.

  • The Retreat does not offer legal, financial, or medical advice.

 

7. AGREEMENT

By securing your space and paying the deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
